Welcome to Sorted by Sammy. By booking services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

  • Sorted by Sammy provides professional home organization services, including decluttering, organizing, and system setup.

  • Services may include in-person visits or virtual consultations, as agreed upon in your booking.

  • Any service not listed on the website will require a custom quote.
     

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit is received, as outlined at the time of booking.

  • Payments can be made via cash, e-transfer, or online via Wix Payments. 

  • Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings will honor the agreed price.
     

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% value of booking.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
     

4. Estimates and Quotes

  • Estimates provided are based on information available at the time of the inquiry.

  • Final charges may vary depending on the actual time, materials, and complexity of the project.
     

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe and accessible working conditions.

  • Pets should be secured, and valuables should be safely stored.

  • Clients must disclose any conditions that may affect the service (e.g., fragile items, restricted spaces).
     

6. Liability

  • Sorted by Sammy takes care when handling your belongings but is not liable for pre-existing damage or accidental damages not caused by gross negligence.

  • Clients acknowledge that certain organizational tasks may carry inherent risks.
     

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, and branding materials, is the property of Sorted by Sammy and may not be copied without permission.
     

8. Privacy

  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
     

9. Changes to Terms

  • Sorted by Sammy may update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
