1. Overview
At Sorted by Sammy, customer satisfaction matters. My goal is to make sure every client feels supported and happy with their experience — but as a service-based business, refunds are not always applicable once services have been provided. This policy outlines when and how refunds may be considered.
 
2. Refund Eligibility
Because organizing services are customized and time-based, refunds are generally not issued after a session has taken place. However, I understand that life happens — so here’s how I handle things fairly:

  • Cancellations: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule your session or request a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations (under 48 hours): The session fee is non-refundable, but I may offer a one-time reschedule at my discretion.

  • No-Shows: Unfortunately, no-shows are non-refundable, as that time was reserved exclusively for you.

  • Prepaid Packages: Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be refunded or credited on a case-by-case basis, minus any sessions already completed.
     

3. Digital and Virtual Services
For virtual organizing sessions, refunds are available only if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Once a virtual session has begun, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
 
4. Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me directly at [Insert your email] within 7 days of your appointment. I’ll always do my best to resolve concerns through follow-up communication, adjustments, or a complimentary check-in — because happy clients are my best organizers.
 
5. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect business or legal changes. The latest version will always be available on this website.
