Cancellation Policy
All sessions require a confirmed booking via website. Need to reschedule? No problem — please give at least 24 hours notice for full credit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee. If your preferred time is full, join our waitlist! We’ll notify you immediately if a spot opens up. Important: Life happens — kids, dogs, or rogue coffee spills. We understand, but timely communication keeps things fair for everyone.
