If I’ve ever visited your house and sneakily rearranged your bathroom counter “for fun,” this should be no surprise. I’ve been training for this role my whole life — color-coding, labeling, and sparking joy long before it was trendy.

Sorted by Sammy is my way of bringing peace, systems, and a sprinkle of style to your space. Because life really is easier when you can find the scissors. I’m not chasing unrealistic perfection — I’m here for function that’s easy on the eyes.

Whether it’s a closet that ambushes you every morning, a pantry that looks like a snack crime scene, or that one drawer you’ve been avoiding since 2018 — I’ve got you covered.

This business has been simmering for a while (translation: years of friends and family “accidentally” roping me into organizing just one little thing). And now, IT'S OFFICIAL. I’m transforming my passion for practical, gorgeous systems and those oh-so-satisfying before-and-afters into something real.

Journey to Launch

I recently left my corporate job (which is a much longer story for another day — preferably over coffee). Like anyone in the midst of a big life transition, I had about a thousand ideas floating around in my brain.

This one stuck.

The revelation hit while I was helping a friend pack up her life into boxes and move across the country — full-on Hallmark movie moment. Somewhere between wrapping glassware and labeling boxes, it hit me: this is what I’m supposed to be doing.

I've always been wired for this — organizing, sorting, labeling, systemizing (yes, I’m making that a word). Watching everything fall perfectly into place gives me that deep, satisfying “ahh” feeling — the kind most people save for vacations or their first sip of espresso.

In that moment, I realized I didn’t just like this. I wanted to live it. I wanted to be like Clea and Joanna. So I took the leap. I turned my natural knack for order and calm into something real. And that’s how Sorted by Sammy was born — part passion project, part business, and entirely “me.”
